All work is carried out to BS 7671 (2008) IEE regulations. The Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) continue to make improvements to ensure the safety of those who use electrical systems. Thermal Imaging
Nearly everything that uses or transmits power gets hot before it fails. Cost effective power management is critical to maintaining the reliability of your electrical and mechanical systems. Finding and fixing a poor electrical connection before a component fails can save you the much greater costs associated with manufacturing downtime, production losses, power outages, fires and catastrophic failures.
County Power can carry out full thermographic surveys and reports on distribution boards, incoming cables, control panels and switch gear. Hot spots can be found in trunking and conduits and we can provide quotations for remedial work.
